Nice facilities and great maintenance staff. Leasing office incredibly unresponsive.submitted by Elizabeth O. - |Recommended: NoThe building is beautiful and clean and the cleaning and maintenance staff is incredibly friendly. Maintenance always fixes things in a timely manner. However, the leasing office is pretty much unresponsive. They will all give you different answers and the staff changes over frequently. My roommate and I were just charged a late fee on our rent while waiting for the leasing office to answer a question about our bill even though we were told we had until today to pay our rent. I've now stopped by the office multiple times in person, called, and emailed just trying to get an answer. We will end up paying the late fee- but for the record, we have still not received a response to our questions about our bill. Also - we have uncovered that bike theft within the parking garage is rampant and the leasing staff does not seem to care.

Beautiful Property and Great Staffsubmitted by Ronna W. - |Recommended: YesLocation is amazing - next to Whole Foods, across the street from the train station, and walking distance to SAP center. The building itself is brand new and the new management team Christie and Michael are very approachable, responsive, and friendly. Brittany originally helped us choose our apartment, and she has always been amazing as well. Heated pool, amazing rooftop, and facilities cleans daily. Only negative thing is that the clubhouse game room is not that accessible. It’s only open from 9am or 10am till 6PM. Most people are at work at this time so you can really only enjoy it during the weekend. However, Management said they are looking into this.

Clean Modern but some noise from neighbors in the late nightsubmitted by Vincent B. - |Recommended: YesBeen here for 2.5 months everything has been good but sound travels throughout the walls. Can hear upstairs neighbors from time to time.

Just ok. Apartment is nice but facilities management leaves a lot to be desired.submitted by Cormac S. - |Recommended: NoThis is just an OK place to live. The apartments are very nice but the floors are very thin so you hear quite a bit a noise from your neighbors. Additionally, there are always many things that are broken or not working properly. Never all at once but at least one thing is broken at all times. i.e. the skylounge, equipment in the gym, elevators, hot water, etc.

High quality and premium propertysubmitted by Wonravee C. - |Recommended: YesGreat location and convenient to many great places around San Jose. Building is clean and new. But constructions make it inconvenient to enter exit the property. Elevator some time make buzz noise for no reason. Room is nice and quiet from the outside but noisy from upstairs neighbor. Staffs are friendly and courteous.

Mediocrity - capturedsubmitted by Xiao-Chao Q. - |Recommended: NoThe Modera took a checklist of what successful apartments have and tried to tick off all the boxes. Unfortunately, every box is done in a manner that doesn't stand to impress. There isn't any specific component which is particularly horrible, but nothing - other than maybe the BBQ maintenance - stands out as a pleasant highlight of the apartment. It tries to implement measures to help, but often get interpreted as additional rules. The art of running a luxury apartment is to make it feel like the freedoms are afforded by having problems take care of themselves. Examples of what not to do - charging for premium' parking spots, or enforcing business hours for amenities iiterally the same hours as banking hours.... . Also the transition for construction, parking structure, amenities - nothing was delivered as promised. Construction ran and is still running overschedule by 2 months. The parking structure was supposed to have assigned parking. Instead, it remains a free for all - try your luck - and to top it off, trying to squeeze more out of premium spots like a cheap hotel. Lastly - during construction - don't put up passive aggressive signs shutting off an elevator for residents. Just overall, even reviews like this, tell residents management is out of touch with residents and feel like they're trying to be cool' but more than half the emails and communications with residents are to impose more rules or optional add on costs.
